These are the best examples of "Southern" delicacies that we have found. These cakes are "Five Stars" in anyone's book. Recently we shipped two, a caramel and strawberry cake, for our daughter's birthday at college in St Louis. The overwhelming response was "Where did these come from? They are TO DIE FOR". Truly a unique culinary art form...a sharing of the MS Delta spirit.
