Everything Everyday is simply, just that! It is a go to grab for everything that may need a little seasoning. This seasoning is a salt, pepper, garlic rub with a good dose of southern butter thrown to makes everything better! If you are cooking on a grill, this is the first base layer of flavor for everything. 16 oz.

 

Recipe from the manufacturer:

Cheese Stuffed Smoked Meatballs (Delta Ridge Style)

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2lbs ground beef
1 1/2lbs ground pork
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp Delta Ridge Everything Everyday
1 tsp Delta Ridge Full Bull
3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 cup milk
1” cubes of your favorite cheese that fits what you will use your meatballs for. We used Mozzarella
Delta Ridge Delta Dust

Mix all the above ingredients until combined. Scoop even balls. We used a ice cream scooper. Wrap the ball around a cube of cheese and form a tight ball.
Spread the meatballs out in a pan that you can use on your smoker. Lightly dust with Delta Dust.
Smoke on smoker at 225-230 degrees for about 2 hours until internal temp reaches 165 degrees.
Remove the meatballs and cover the pan and allow to rest for 10 min. Then they are ready to devour.
Enjoy plain, with marinara, or also with a equal mixture of Delta Ridge Honey Heat and Delta Ridge Smoked Hickory Mustard!!!!
(We made pasta w/ meatballs and also meatball subs. But, we assure you, they are delicious as is!)
