Chicken wings or drumettes (desired amount)
Hoover Sauce
Frying Oil
Wash and drain desired amount of Drummettes or Wings (without tips).
Place in a pan, pour enough Hoover Sauce to cover half of chicken, & add cold water to cover the rest of the chicken.
Bring mixture to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat, about 350 degrees F.
Carefully add chicken to form a single layer. Fry until chicken begins to turn brown.
Remove and drain on paper towel.
OPTIONAL TO SERVE: Make a paste with a dry mustard such as Coleman Dry Mustard. Add ketchup to paste mixture to your desire of hotness or with your favorite sweet and sour sauce. Dip in sauce to eat.
