How to cook Lusco's Broiled Shrimp at home - straight from the owner's of the beloved Lusco's Restaurant:
Ingredients
36 Shrimp - 31/35 size
1 Cup of Margarine
Salt & Pepper

1 Cup of Lusco's Shrimp Sauce Mild

1 Cup of Lusco's Shrimp Sauce Hot
Directions
First of all, if the shrimp need to be cleaned and deveined, please do so. If you purchase them frozen and already cleaned and deveined, please make sure to rinse thoroughly before you cook them. Allow them to drain in a colander as well.
Melt about a cup of margarine in the wok/skillet.
Throw your shrimp in and season with salt and pepper.
Stir them around in the margarine and cook on medium to medium-high until you notice that they are starting to turn pink.
Once they start to change color, place a top on the wok/skillet and cut the heat down to low.
Let them cook 3-5 more minutes. Check to see if they are done!
If so, remove from heat, and pour in 1 cup of Lusco's Shrimp Sauce Hot or Lusco's Shrimp Sauce Mild.
Stir well and taste! If you want more sauce, add a little at a time. Just remember - equal part shrimp sauce to equal part margarine.
Serve with toast and/or cooked rice & enjoy!
