I don't know what my basket looked like because my loved one never received it, so I cannot make a real review. All I know is that I wanted my money so I'm giving 3 stars. They said on the website that they could deliver within 2 days so I bought one thinking they would hold up to the promise. I asked they deliver to a hotel where my spouse was alone on his birthday. However, the delivery was 3 days late and it never got to him because he was only there for 2 more days at that address before moving on. I would not recommend this to anyone. I know it's a delivery error but maybe don't make promises for local fast delivery if you can't do it.

Alicia, Thank you for your feedback. This was 100% a USPS issue. The basket was made and shipped out as soon as it could have been (the next day since the postal service was selected and they had already run for the day). We offered to send a replacement to the next hotel, but since we never heard back from you, we assumed everything was okay. We have issued a full refund and we hope you will try us again in the future.
