This is more than just a BBQ sauce! My boss turned me on to it (a Mississippi Native). Coming from someone in Texas, that is a serious compliment. I use it on sandwiches, eggs, steak, shrimp, pork and chicken. Best sauce available anywhere. Haven't tried on fish but will soon.
