Hey, y'all! Today seems like a great day to introduce ourselves. We want y'all to be able to know a little more about who you may be interacting with online, in-store, or over the phone. Here is our version of a meet & greet from your staff at The Mississippi Gift Company! 

 

Cindy Tyler: Owner & Fearless Leader

• Favorite task at work: interacting with customers 
• Favorite product from MGC: Wolfe Birds or 47 Blooms Jewelry 
• Fun fact: She was featured on an episode of The Chew!!
• Most likely to interact with her: in-store, over the phone, email, or anything in between
• Favorite work snack: Butterscotch Snaps 
• Most likely to: be the best boss you have EVER had 

Leigh Anne Lubiani: Shipping Coordinator 

• Years at MGC: 13 yrs. 
• Favorite task at work: LiveChatting with online customers 
• Favorite product from MGC: Peter's Pottery 14.5" vase OR Peter's Pottery Large Christening Bowl 
• Fun fact: She is 5 feet tall (on the dot!) & still has a baby tooth 
• Most likely to interact with her: via LiveChat or email regarding orders or general questions 
• Favorite work snack: Asiago Cheese Straws 
• Most likely to: Request that her funeral take place on the field at Davis Wade Stadium 
• Funny/Noteworthy: Wears children's hats because they're the best fit for her head. 

Abbey Goodman: Marketing Coordinator 

• Years at MGC: 8 yrs. 
• Favorite task at work: Working on any new projects
• Favorite product from MGC: Peter's Pottery sugar bowl or any Blue Jean scented candles 
• Fun fact: Obsessed with Corgis but has never had a pet other than 2 cats in her life 
• Favorite work snack: Mudpuppies with peanut butter (Y'all NEED to try this) 
• Most likely to interact with her: via direct message on any social media platform or with any bridal registries 
• Most likely to: Organize/color-code your entire life just for fun 

Erin Goldberg: Full-time Sales Associate 

• Years at MGC: 3 yrs. 
• Favorite task at work: Answering the phone 
• Favorite product from MGC: Red Currant Wax Melts + Wax Burner OR any Bottlecap Art 
• Fun fact: Used to have an Instagram account dedicated to her celebrity crush- Harry Styles 
• Most likely to interact with her: Over the phone, contacting you regarding issues with your order, or she is the one packaging your products to be shipped directly to your door. 
• Favorite work snack: Cream cheese with Raspberry Chipotle Sauce 
• Most likely to: Leave work to run & get a gas station pickle
• Funny/Noteworthy: She is fluent in "dad jokes." 

Vicki Lubiani: Part-time 

• Years at MGC: 5 yrs
• Favorite task at work: Wrapping gifts 
• Favorite work snack: Primos cheese straws or Primos cheese bursts 
• Most likely to interact with her: in-store 
• Fun fact: Only employee over the age of 60 
• Funny/Noteworthy: After her second shoulder surgery, she came to work & accidentally fell asleep in our back stock area on a bench! (So funny) 
• Most likely to: Devote her entire life to following the MSU Women's Basketball team 

Rosanne Hodges: Part-time 

• Years at MGC: 23 yrs. 
• Favorite task at work: Wrapping Wedding gifts 
• Favorite work snack: Classic cheddar cheese straws 
• Favorite product at MGC: Cuff bracelets 
• Fun fact: She will have a high school graduate & a kindergarten graduate in the same week!
• Most likely to interact with her: in-store 
• Funny/Noteworthy: She named her female golden doodle puppy "Bear" 
• Most likely to: Let you know that she is the queen (of everything)

Mari Brian Crick: Part-time 

• Years at MGC: 1.5 yrs 
• Favorite task at work: Wrapping gifts 
• Favorite product from MGC: Love Poppy Jewelry 
• Fun fact: She is a former model 
• Most likely to interact with her: in the store or she will be the one putting together your online orders
• Funny/Noteworthy: Her BFF is a 94 yr old WW2 Veteran 
• Most likely to: Be the next Serena Williams while also working as a full-time doctor

 

Anne Craig Melton: Part-time

• Favorite task at work: Making gift baskets 
• Favorite work snack: Classic cheddar cheese straws 
• Favorite product at MGC: Sugar Blossom bubble bath 
• Most likely to interact with her: in store or she will be the one fulfilling your orders placed online 
• Fun fact: Has been to 4 different countries in the span of 3 years 
• Funny/Noteworthy: Kept a deceased rat in a ziplock in one of her purses because she "felt bad for it & didn't want to throw it away" in the 6th grade. (OMG)
