First off, the problem was resolved but the initial shipment of the item had the item delivered in so many pieces, the recipient had no idea what the piece of pottery was. The Mississippi Gift Company was called and a replacement item was shipped immediately that was very well wrapped and delivered as promised. The fee is definitely worth it when the item is packaged correctly and the company is very prompt in resolving any issues.
